These findings are used to design custom training programs tailored to your team’s specific needs. We are proud to announce that SPARK recently became a SOVA affiliate gym. SOVA STANDOUTS classes are being subsidized by Special Olympics Virginia through December 4, 2025. That's right, they're FREE for the time being!

Please note that SOVA STANDOUTS is an all-ability inclusive class.
This class is led by an instructor trained in disability sensitivity and aware of adaptive measures to ensure meaningful participation.
Participant Expectations
Follow Directions: Participants should be able to follow one-step directions with minimal or no prompting. SPARK cannot provide ongoing 1-on-1 support during group sessions. However, a chaperone may attend at no cost if their role is solely to assist the participant (permission required before registration). If the chaperone also participates in the workout using equipment, standard class fees apply.
Maintain Self-Control: Participants must be able to control their bodies to ensure the safety of themselves and others. SPARK maintains a zero tolerance policy for violence of any kind.

This is a structured performance assessment designed for coaches who want clear, objective insight into how their athletes move, perform, and handle the physical demands of their sport.
Most teams operate with limited visibility into the actual physical factors influencing performance and injury risk. This assessment is designed to remove that uncertainty by evaluating key performance qualities through a sport-specific lens.
