Sessions are led by a professional coach. We NEVER utilize student coaches.
Every session focuses on what it takes to build an athlete who can run faster, hit harder, kick harder, react faster and more! Come build strength with our professional coaches. We move real weight, build endurance and still manage to have fun.
You'll leave STRONGER, MORE ENERGETIC, and READY FOR ANYTHING.

Participant Expectations
1. Follow Directions: Participants should be able to follow one-step directions with minimal or no prompting. SPARK cannot provide ongoing 1-on-1 support during group sessions. However, a chaperone may attend at no cost if their role is solely to assist the participant (permission required before registration). If the chaperone also participates in the workout using equipment, standard session fees apply.
2. Maintain Self-Control: Participants must be able to control their bodies to ensure the safety of themselves and others. SPARK maintains a zero tolerance policy for violence of any kind.
