Every session focuses on what it takes to build an athlete who can run faster, hit harder, kick harder, react faster and more! Come build strength with our professional coaches. We move real weight, build endurance and still manage to have fun.
You'll leave STRONGER, MORE ENERGETIC, and READY FOR ANYTHING.

Participant Expectations
1. Follow Directions: Participants should be able to follow one-step directions with minimal or no prompting.
2. Maintain Self-Control: SPARK maintains a zero tolerance policy for violence of any kind.
