All-Ability Inclusive Class
This class is led by an instructor trained in disability sensitivity and aware of adaptive measures to ensure meaningful participation.
Participant Expectations
Follow Directions: Participants should be able to follow one-step directions with minimal or no prompting. SPARK cannot provide ongoing 1-on-1 support during group sessions. However, a chaperone may attend at no cost if their role is solely to assist the participant (permission required before registration). If the chaperone also participates in the workout using equipment, standard class fees apply.
Maintain Self-Control: Participants must be able to control their bodies to ensure the safety of themselves and others. SPARK maintains a zero tolerance policy for violence of any kind.
