Rules of the New Year's Package:
Schedule ALL of your sessions up-front.
WHY?
This keeps you accountable to yourself. By putting ALL of the classes on your schedule you're more likely to follow-through.
Complete your ENTIRE 12 week package within 14 weeks.
WHY?
This will be your habit contract. By setting yourself up to attend our twice a week sessions you'll build your exercise habit over the course of 3 months. If you do not complete your package within 14 weeks of your first class, then your remaining classes are forfeit. This will be a powerful motivator on your habit journey.
Classes are held at the same time (lunch time) on the same two days every single week. Classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 12pm.
WHY?
Habit Stacking; James Clear, author of "Atomic Habits" explains that old habits are extremely useful in building new ones. This will teach your brain to associate your lunch hour with a new exercise habit.
Rewards are earned at a very specific interval in this package.
WHY?
Research tells us that there are certain days that people are more likely to quit their resolutions. This is where we help reinforce your new habit while it's still forming.
WINNERS are determined by who completes their package within the allotted time frame of 14 weeks.
WHY?
When it comes to health and fitness you're really in competition with yourself. If you can do even a SINGLE MINUTE more of exercise today than you did yesterday, or lift a little more weight today than you did last week or last month, then you are WINNING when it come to your health. We even built in 2 weeks of buffer in our program in case of illness/emergencies because we want to set you up for success!
