Our new Top Spin Standouts racquet sports clinics will run through the Spring season. These sessions include training that will help you to be your best self on the court and that are specific to racquet and paddle sports including Tennis, pickleball, racquetball, and badminton. We address things such as preventing common types of sport related injuries in these sports such as Tennis elbow, wrist, knee and other overuse injuries. We will focus on improving your on court agility utilizing specific change of direction and footwork drills as well as putting a large emphasis on strength and power development.
