Physical Therapy: Your full hour appointment is focused only on YOU, not shared with multiple other physical therapy patients. Assessments, treatments, and follow-ups are done by physical therapists with doctorate degrees, not physical therapy aides with associate's degrees.
Personal/Group Training: All of our trainers/coaches have extensive experience. Your training appointments and classes are with real, experienced professionals, not student teachers.

At SPARK, we are athlete-centric. Maybe even more precisely, we are "motivated movers" centric. You don’t need to be an athlete to be seen here, but we do help you gain athletic aspirations.

Every appointment is one-on-one, giving you the focused care you deserve
How it works
Step 1: Assessment & Treatment
We start at the treatment tables by checking your movement and pinpointing what’s causing pain. If needed, techniques like dry needling are performed here.
Step 2: Full-Body Strength
Then, we move into the gym where we'll work on strengthening your entire body. Why? Because pain doesn’t happen in isolation; weak points elsewhere often drive what hurts.
Step 3: Transition to Performance
Once your one-on-one physio treatment plan is complete and you’re pain is under control, you’ll seamlessly transition into the Performance side of the Fieldhouse. That’s where we help you build resilience, strength, and athletic capacity so you can manage your pain long term.
